問：發現長腳蟹、鱈場蟹、毛蟹的蟹身附有一點點黑色粒粒，是變壞嗎？

答：放心，沒有變壞。這是常出現在蟹身的海洋寄生物「カニビルの卵」（中文：蟹蛭），喜歡依附在蟹殼上但不會吸取其營養，因此不會影響蟹肉味道，亦對人體無害。送貨前已用水煮熟蟹身，食用時只要取去就可食用。這也是證明我們的蟹是完全天然新鮮之物。

問：發現蟹內有軟骨物體，能吃嗎？
答：不是不能吃，但由於軟骨部分沒有任何味道，可以直接棄掉。

問：毛蟹的蟹膏全部都能吃嗎？
答：由於是天然海鮮，毛蟹的蟹膏會包含蟹的內臟、胃、還有便便，甚至有時會有超小型貝殼類生物，經水煮熟後，已對人體無害，客人食用前可先挑走再慢慢享用。

問：到貨時，冷凍牡丹蝦的蝦膏看起來有點黑色，是正常嗎？
答：是的，由於經冷凍後牡丹蝦的蝦膏會變成黑色，在北海道店內販賣的貨品也一樣會有這種情況，屬正常現象，可放心食用。

問：喜之次的肝，有推薦的食法嗎？

答：必需加熱，可用豉油等調味料熬煮至入味後享用。切記不能生食。

問：整盒三文魚子一次過吃不完，可以留返下次吃嗎？
答：可以，但要包好放入冰格，盡量一個月內吃完；如放入雪櫃（非冷凍）就只可放三日。
